Education

Mandatory Skills o9 Retail Assortment Planning (3 5 Years)

- 3 5 years of experience in Retail Planning/Merchandise Planning .
- 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning .
- Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning .
- Experience configuring:




- Assortment Planning
- Product & Location Hierarchies
- Store Clustering
- Assortment Rules & Business Rules
- Planning Workflows
- Space & Capacity Constraints

- Valuable understanding of:

- Category Management
- Range Planning
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Seasonal & Localized Assortments
- Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI)

- Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
