Core Responsibilities

- Plant Maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules to guarantee maximum equipment uptime.
- Equipment Oversight: Maintain specialized refinery assets including centrifuges, high-pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, gearboxes, and tank farm pipelines.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Supervise internal technical teams, manage outside contractors, and coordinate vendor support for spare parts inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, statutory requirements, and factory safety protocols.
- Budget & Projects: Manage annual maintenance cost budgets and provide engineering input for plant expansions or capital projects.
