Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Tendering & Bid Management will lead end-to-end tender management for government, PSU, and private sector opportunities across India. The role includes chance identification, bid strategy, technical-commercial proposal preparation, pricing, contract review, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize bid success.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification:

- Monitor GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, state tenders, and private procurement platforms.
- Review tender opportunities.
- Assess bid eligibility.
- Prepare Go/No-Go analysis.

Bid Management:

- Lead complete bid lifecycle.
- Prepare bid schedules.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain bid compliance.

Technical Proposal:

Coordinate preparation of:

- Technical Specifications
- Compliance Statements
- Method Statements
- Execution Methodology
- Project Schedule
- Resource Plans

Commercial Proposal:

- Pricing Strategy
- Cost Estimation
- BOQ Analysis
- Commercial Terms
- Tax Analysis
- Bid Security
- Performance Guarantees

Tender Documentation:

Prepare:

- Bid Forms
- Deviation Statements
- Technical Queries
- Vendor Documentation
- Financial Proposal
- Commercial Offer




- Covering Letters

Client Coordination:

- Attend Pre-Bid Meetings.
- Respond to Technical Clarifications.
- Participate in Commercial Negotiations.
- Support Contract Award Process.

- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Engineering Services
