The company is hiring Business Executives (BE) to promote Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands across assigned territories.
Position Business Executive (BE)

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct scientific product detailing and effectively communicate product features, perks, and clinical advantages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute daily doctor calls as per the call plan.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product recommendation through regular customer engagement.
- Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to monitor prescription trends and competitor activities.
- Generate Primary Order Booking (POB) and coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure timely product availability.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, stockists, and key opinion leaders.
- Organize CMEs, product awareness activities, and other promotional initiatives as guided by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, doctor calls, expenses, and sales reports using the company's reporting system.
- Gather market intelligence,



monitor competitor activities, and share actionable insights with the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion practices, and applicable industry regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc., B.Pharm, or other Life Sciences graduates preferred.
- Freshers as well as candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
