- Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules (WBS-based) for coastal/port works.
- Prepare and manage DPR (Daily Progress Report), weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead plans, and dashboards.
- Track physical progress, quantities, and productivity; highlight slippages, constraints, and recovery actions.
- Support feasibility/TEFR deliverables: construction methodology notes, sequencing/phasing, schedule assumptions, risk/constraint registers.
- Coordinate inputs from design, site, contractors, and client/PMC for reporting and planning reviews.
- Support basic cost controls: planned vs actual tracking, quantity-based cost inputs, cash-flow/resource curves (as required).
- Maintain logs (interfaces, constraints, changes) and support schedule impact documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Coastal/Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2- 4 years relevant experience in planning/reporting for port, coastal, or marine infrastructure projects.
- Planning tools: Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Solid communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.
