Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products on time, within budget, and meeting customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project goals, prioritize tasks, and develop a roadmap for successful delivery.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers through regular meetings and status updates using JIRA.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Robust understanding of BFSI projects' unique challenges and regulations.
- Proficiency in SAFe framework for managing large-scale projects.
- Experience working with JIRA tool for tracking progress.
