- Prepare the report & handle the operation related query with TAT
- Will take responsibility of handling front desk (Reception)
- Query - Inbound Calls
- Resolve the issues and escalated issues by interacting with concerned in HO and informing to clients
- Client Master Changes data updating (CMC).
