Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial statements, and accounting software such as Tally Prime. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements,



budgets, and financial analysis.
- Monitor inventory accounting and project costing.
- Support management with financial planning and business decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in manufacturing, signage, or project-based industries is preferred.
