- Plan daily and weekly shift schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
- Monitor shop floor workflow, resource use, and product quality.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve process bottlenecks and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO documentation
- Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance plans to avoid sudden machine failures.
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic equipment breakdowns quickly.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment faults.
- Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and vendor or OEM support contracts
Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree & Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
