Job Description:

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with solid expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Hiring for our Bangalore office. Candidates must have proven recruitment experience in the IT domain and should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring independently.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strictly 3 4.5 years of IT Recruitment experience only
- Hands-on experience in C2H Hiring is mandatory
- Strong exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Immediate joiners only
- Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references




- Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline reports
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines
