GISA Retail Pvt. Ltd. is the company behind Tash Hair, a quick-growing personal care appliances brand (hair curlers, straighteners, multi-stylers) sold on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and tashhair.com. We assemble our products at our own facility in IMT Bawal and are building out our plant leadership team as we scale.

Role Summary

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to own daily assembly planning and floor operations at our Bawal plant. You'll manage assembly, packing, and dispatch team, working closely with our Warehouse Manager and QA/QC Manager to keep output on plan, on time, and defect-free.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily/weekly assembly schedules by SKU based on material availability and dispatch priorities
- Allocate and manage the 9-person assembly/pack/dispatch team, including shift planning, attendance, and training new floor staff
- Own line output and efficiency hit production targets, identify and clear bottlenecks




- Enforce in-process QC hold points and action rework decisions from the QA/QC team
- Coordinate daily material needs with the Warehouse Manager to prevent stock-outs and ensure packed goods are ready ahead of dispatch cutoffs
- Maintain floor safety standards, including safe handling of batteries and electrical components
- Maintain daily production records (units assembled/packed, line issues) in the plant tracker

What We're Looking For

- 3-6 years of experience supervising an assembly or production line, ideally in electronics, small appliances, or FMCG manufacturing
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Comfortable managing a small team directly on the floor this is a hands-on role, not a desk job
- Basic familiarity with quality/inspection processes and willingness to work within a structured QC handoff
- Based in or willing to relocate near IMT Bawal / Rewari
