Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange policies.
- Assist with billing, order booking, and payments.
- Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support stock management and daily showroom operations.
- Follow company policies for jewellery handling and security.
- Work with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Keep updated on new jewellery collections and products.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream (12th Pass may also apply).
- At least 1 year to 4 years experienced candidates are welcome.
