We are hiring a US IT Recruiter (1+ year experience) to source talent for IT Infrastructure roles (DevOps, Cloud, Systems, Networking) working specifically through Implementation Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle for US IT Infrastructure roles on C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Connect with Implementation Partners / Sub-vendors to pipeline qualified candidates.
- Source talent via Dice, LinkedIn, TechFetch, Monster, and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidates on technical fit, US work status (USC, GC, H1B, EAD), and pay rates.
- Negotiate rates, submit profiles, and manage end-to-end interview scheduling.
Requirements
- 1+ years in US IT Staffing with solid experience on Implementation Partner roles.
- Proven hiring experience for Infrastructure profiles (AWS, Azure, DevOps, Network/Sys Admin).
- Solid knowledge of US visas, tax terms (C2C/W2), and rate negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working US Night Shifts in Noida.
