Key Responsibilities
- Own RF architecture design, link-budget calculations, and system performance specifications for advanced RF systems.
- Lead RF subsystem integration, including RF chains, antennas, matching networks, filters, and power amplifiers.
- Perform RF measurements using Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
- Prepare test plans, measurement procedures, and technical analysis reports.
- Collaborate with firmware and software teams for signal processing and system integration.
- Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and manufacturing acceptance testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- 510+ years of hands-on experience in RF, Wireless Communication, Radar Systems, Electronic Warfare, or RF Test & Integration.
- Robust experience with RF test equipment,
including Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Radar, UAV/Drone RF Systems, Counter-UAS, or Defence Electronics.
- Knowledge of antenna design, matching networks, RF PCB design, and RF subsystem integration.
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for signal analysis and test automation.
