What You'll Do

Responsible that all material related tasks are carried out as per schedule.

Responsible to ensure order release to suppliers.

To be an interface between Program management / Material Planning & Purchasing

Drive CTB by working with suppliers & aligning delivery dates in line with requirement.

Ensure timely delivery of parts with quality compliances.

Material Follow-up, expediting to meet customer requirements.

Review parts in MRB daily for resolving the issues.

Material status reporting; incl. Excess & Obs.

Release of POs to suppliers in a timely manner.

Get order acknowledgement & confirmed delivery dates for PO lines from supplier. Update the same in ERP.

Risk analysis (materials & suppliers)

Inventory control.

Knowledge of working in ERP workplace.

Periodic review with suppliers on open orders to ensure POs are aligned with requirements.





Publish periodic supplier rating metrics for driving improvements.

Escalate & seek help when things are not going as per plan.

Who You Are?

Minimum of 7 years of experience in any manufacturing industry. Should have hands on experience in working on ERP systems.

Good spoken and written English

Good understanding of component situation, materials availability

Understanding of NPI - (New Product Introduction) and Execution processes

Good skills in defining and managing material related risks.

Understanding relations of all material costs

Good overview of information and material flow also use of ERP system

Products, BOM/ Levels, Items & Volumes

Must be proficient in usage of Microsoft Excel

Qualification

BE with any discipline.
