• Build long-term client relationships for sustained business. Recruitment & Delivery:

• Source and screen candidates using job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS.

• Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities,



Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.

• Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).

• Familiarity with Canada sourcing platforms is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
