Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models for business use cases.
- Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrated with CRM and LLMs.
- Build vector embeddings and semantic search solutions for AI-powered applications.
- Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for real-time data retrieval.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Integrate LLMs to generate accurate, context-aware responses.
- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and response latency.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
