Experience

- 35 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in the Industrial Pump Industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Meet existing and prospective customers to understand their application and pumping requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, industrial networking, and market development.
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
- Identify upcoming projects in industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharma, Steel, Water Treatment, Mining, and other process industries.
- Coordinate with the Application Engineering, Design, Production, and Service teams to provide suitable pumping solutions.




- Prepare visit reports and maintain regular updates in the CRM or sales reporting system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer presentations to promote company products.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Required Skills

- Strong technical understanding of industrial pumps and pumping systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and recommend suitable pump solutions.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development
