Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in handling requirements for clients like TCS and Accenture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing profiles through various job portals, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for clients such as TCS, Accenture, and other MNCs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates are aligned with client payroll/compliance requirements.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track submissions, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across technologies.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience working on TCS and Accenture requirements is mandatory.
- Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Experience in permanent staffing/contract staffing is an added advantage
