Must Haves

- 7+ years of enterprise level Java 8+ development experience
- Deep expertise with Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven distributed architectures
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
- Hands on experience with AWS
- Working knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, including schema design, query tuning, and performance optimisation
- Enterprise level experience with Cloud Watch
- Experience in unit testing with JUnit and Mockito
- Familiarity with resiliency patterns, including Resilience4j, circuit breakers, retries, failover, self-healing services, and bulkheads
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
