Job Description - Product Implementation/Operations Manager
This document serves as the master hiring guide for the Product Operations function at Infinity Learn. It is intended to align Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and Interview Panels on the purpose of the role, expectations, ideal candidate profile and evaluation criteria.
1. Why this Role Exists
Infinity Learn's Product and Technology teams are responsible for building products and delivering new features. As the business scaled, Product Managers increasingly spent time on stakeholder coordination, requirement clarification, release communication and implementation support, reducing their focus on product strategy.

The Product Operations function has therefore been established to become the operational backbone of Product Management. It bridges Product, Engineering and Business teams while ensuring that products are successfully implemented, adopted and continuously improved.
2. Role Summary
The Manager / Assistant Manager Product Operations acts as the single point of coordination between Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders. The role owns requirement clarification, implementation planning, UAT coordination, release readiness, stakeholder communication, adoption tracking and change management.
3. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the interface between Product, Technology and Business teams.
- Gather, validate and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into structured BRDs, workflows and user stories.
- Drive requirement clarity before development begins.
- Track development progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate UAT and ensure production readiness.
- Own release communication, release notes and rollout planning.
- Lead implementation, user onboarding and training.
- Monitor adoption and usage dashboards; identify adoption gaps.
- Drive change management and post-release stabilization.
- Maintain decision logs,



requirement traceability and implementation documentation.
- Facilitate governance meetings and status reviews.

4. First 30-60-90 Day Expectations
First 30 Days

- Understand Infinity Learn product ecosystem.
- Meet Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Support stakeholders.
- Map current product lifecycle and release process.
- Understand intended vs actual product usage.
- Take ownership of one live implementation project as an observer and coordinator.

Days 3160

- Own release communication.
- Coordinate UAT for active projects.
- Publish implementation tracker and risk register.
- Create stakeholder communication cadence.

Days 6190

- Drive an end-to-end rollout independently.
- Publish adoption dashboard.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Establish Product Operations governance.

6. Ideal Candidate Profile
We are NOT looking for a traditional Project Manager, Customer Success Manager or LMS Administrator.

The ideal candidate demonstrates:
Product mindset with implementation discipline
Robust stakeholder management

¢ Ownership beyond go-live
¢ Strong documentation and analytical skills
¢ Experience in SaaS, Product Delivery, Product Operations, Technical Program Management or Business Systems Implementation.
