We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Mortgage Voice Process. Candidates should possess strong communication and comprehension skills, along with relevant experience in the banking or mortgage domain.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or related financial services.
* Candidates with domestic mortgage experience will also be considered.
* Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
* Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 level proficiency preferred).
* Robust comprehension and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
* Comfortable working with rotational weekly offs (split offs may be applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in any banking domain with exposure to mortgage processes.
* Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
* Ability to handle customer interactions effectively and maintain service quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Annual CTC: 79 Lakhs per annum.
