Roles & Responsibility:-

ICD Operations:

- Manage warehouse and yard operations, including inward/outward movement and inventory control.
- Prepare daily throughput reports and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews.
- Analyze data on customer performance and ICD operations.
- Plan and monitor inbound/outbound movements, ensuring timely execution.
- Provide input for ERP integration and updates to operational processes.
- Maintain statistical records and address operational issues promptly.

Gate Operations:

- Coordinate with security teams at the main gate for access control and safety.
- Ensure smooth movement of vehicles through the terminal gate.
- Oversee documentation and verification of vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
- Monitor and manage gate operations to prevent delays and ensure compliance.

Customs:

- Liaise with Customs and PGAs to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operational flow.




- Manage EDI interface and support SCMTR implementation for accurate and timely data exchange.
- Handle longstanding container cases, coordinate auctions, and prepare MIS and customer reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to ERP development to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
