Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder (Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- 03 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Manpower Consultancy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.




- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
