Role Overview:

Breathe Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk & Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will also be responsible for reservations, billing, guest relations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment collection.
- Upsell rooms, event packages, restaurant offers, and resort activities.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Maintenance teams.




- Maintain guest records and daily reports in the PMS.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Front Office, Hotel Reception, Sales, or Guest Relations.
- Excellent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Tulu is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of hotel PMS software and MS Office.
- Pleasant personality with solid customer service and sales skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
