Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Troubleshooting

Provide first-level technical support for hospital staff on IT-related issues.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and system problems.

Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

2. Network & Infrastructure Support

Support LAN/WAN connectivity across hospital departments.

Monitor network performance and report issues to the IT team.

Assist in maintaining network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.

3. System Administration Support

Assist in basic administration of Linux/Red Hat servers.

Support database backups and routine system maintenance tasks.

Monitor system performance and report irregularities.

4. IT Security & Data Protection

Follow hospital IT security policies and procedures.

Assist in antivirus management, system updates, and patching.

Support implementation of data security practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and support requests.

Assist in documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
