Business Development Manager / Specialist - US Healthcare RCM / (Lead Generation) - US Healthcare (Mandatory)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development skilled with strong experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing to drive lead generation and new client acquisition for our physician billing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify new business leads for US-based physician/medical billing & RCM services
- Conduct outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to US healthcare prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Build strong relationships with US-based physician groups and clinics
- Work closely with operations/RCM delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
- Meet monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4+years years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation in US Healthcare RCM or Medical Billing (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer landscape, and RCM lifecycle
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in US shift (night shift, IST)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
- Immediate joiners or those who can join within a week, preferred
- Must be based in Chennai
