Must-Have Qualifications

- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and product initiatives
- Experience owning products or features from concept, development, and release
- Robust experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product solutions
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to support product decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
- Experience using one or more product management tools including Aha!, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Plusses

- Experience with Aha! for roadmap and product planning




- Pragmatic Marketing certification or training
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or other Product Management certifications
- Prior leadership, team lead, or people management experience
- Experience presenting product strategy and roadmap to leadership teams
- Experience managing multiple products or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes
- Experience contributing to product strategy and long-term planning
