Job Title: OT Nursing Incharge

We are looking for an experienced OT Nursing Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the Operation Theatre, ensure high standards of patient care, and maintain NABH compliance. The candidate will lead the OT nursing team, coordinate with surgeons and other departments, and ensure the smooth functioning of OT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day OT operations.
- Supervise and guide OT nursing staff.
- Ensure NABH standards and infection control practices are followed.
- Maintain OT inventory, instruments, and consumables.
- Coordinate OT schedules with surgeons and departments.
- Ensure proper sterilization and CSSD coordination.
- Maintain OT documentation and records.
- Ensure patient safety and quality care during surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse).
- 6-10 years of Operation Theatre experience.
