As a Senior Full Stack Educator you deliver outcome focused impact as a key member of Corporate Learning and Development. You independently design and deliver complex high impact technical learning programs and serve as a recognised subject expert. The role owns end to end responsibility from curriculum architecture to live delivery mentors educators and teaching assistants sets quality benchmarks and ensures deep technical rigor learner readiness and consistency at scale.
Responsibilities
**Lead end to end high complexity learning programs**
* Own full cycle learning programs from design through independent delivery
* Architect advanced curricula capstone projects and enterprise grade simulations
* Customise interventions for senior diverse and high expectation learner groups
* Ensure learners can design explain defend and demonstrate technical solutions
**Master level facilitation**
* Independently deliver sessions across all proficiency levels including beginner practitioner and expert
* Lead live coding sessions architecture deep dives debugging workshops and design reviews
* Manage complex classroom dynamics and engage senior stakeholders effectively
* Act as the face of learning excellence for flagship and strategic programs
**Own curriculum and content quality**
* Lead the design of high complexity technical programs
* Review validate and approve content created by teaching assistants and educators
* Own curriculum architecture across critical technical domains
* Ensure learning assets are current industry relevant and deployment ready
**Champion AI first learning**
* Drive AI integration across learning programs
* Identify opportunities to scale facilitation assessment and personalisation using AI tools
* Guide educators on responsible and effective use of AI in learning delivery
* Improve learning impact and efficiency through technology enablement
**Mentor and build educator capability**
* Mentor and coach teaching assistants and educators
* Conduct facilitation reviews quality audits and structured feedback sessions
* Build facilitator capability across client associates and internal teams
* Serve as the quality and facilitation benchmark for the learning ecosystem
**Build Cognizant product and platform competency**
* Develop and maintain hands on expertise across Cognizant platforms including Neuro SAN Neuro OPS and other proprietary offerings
* Design and deliver platform specific training that enables confident adoption in daily work and client engagements
* Partner with product owners and platform subject experts to ensure learning content aligns with latest releases and roadmaps
* Act as the internal learning authority enabling consistent platform training delivery at scale

**What you must have to be considered**
* Ten to thirteen years of experience in technical education engineering or advanced facilitation roles
* Full stack expertise across at least two technologies such as Java DotNet C Sharp Python or COBOL with strong hands on skills across frontend backend databases cloud testing DevOps and AI tools
* Technical depth across frontend frameworks backend services databases testing automation cloud platforms DevOps practices and Generative AI
* Robust executive presence with advanced facilitation coaching and stakeholder influence
* Capability in curriculum architecture and advanced program design
* Consulting mindset with high credibility among senior stakeholders
* Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations where GenC batches are onboarded
* Strong sense of ownership with passion for creating meaningful outcomes that benefit customers communities and global challenges

**What will help you succeed**
* Demonstrated proficiency in AI enabled learning tools and applied Generative AI in facilitation and assessment with continuous upskilling

**Work model**
This role is onsite requiring five days a week from a Cognizant office in Chennai Siruseri Tamil Nadu. Work arrangements may change based on business or project needs and expectations will be communicated clearly.
