Lead and manage all aspects of contract administration for oil gas hydrocarbon EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, minimizing risks, and maximizing commercial outcomes across our projects.
- Review, interpret and administer EPC contracts, subcontracts and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions and obligations.
- Draft amendments, variations and change orders.
- Risk & Claims
- Identify potential risks and claims early; prepare and defend claims/disputes.
- Support negotiation and settlement of claims with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Commercial Support
- Provide contractual and commercial advice to project teams.
- Support tendering and bid processes with contract risk analysis.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow and revenue recognition linked to contracts.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual matters.
- Collaborate with legal, finance and project management teams.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, variations, and contractual events.
Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks and claims.
Qualification & Experience:
- B Tech Civil (PG in Law or NICMAR preferred).
- 8–18 years of experience in contract administration within EPC projects with exposure on govt projects.
- Robust knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, other Indian and international contract standards.
- Experience in handling large-scale EPC projects preferably Infrastructure.
