We are looking for a ServiceNow CSM & ITSM Consultant/Developer with robust hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and working knowledge of ITSM.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM – Case Management, Customer/Account Management, Entitlements, SLAs, and workflows.
- Experience in ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow configuration/customization.
- Ability to gather requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS-CSM certification is preferred.
