Salary: RS 20-30,000 PM dependent on skills, experience, part-time, full-time.

Days of work: Monday to Saturday, teams go from home to school, and come to the office when schools are closed or are not accessible i.e. for exams.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mechanical Skill Trainer to deliver practical and industry-relevant training to students. The trainer will help learners develop fundamental mechanical engineering skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and workplace readiness.





Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions on mechanical engineering concepts.
- Teach topics such as engineering drawing, machine tools, manufacturing processes, welding basics, fitting, metrology, hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC, and CAD/CAM fundamentals.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Demonstrate the secure use of tools, equipment, and workshop practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and evaluation reports.
- Support students with project work and skill development activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during practical sessions.
- Coordinate with the program team for smooth implementation of training sessions.
