Navbharat Niwas Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. We are looking for passionate sales professionals who can build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate sales for residential and plotted development projects.
2. Acquire new clients through IVR leads, digital marketing leads, referrals, and self-generated business.
3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
4. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
6. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
9.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer onboarding.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred).
- 14 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
