Role & responsibilities

Training Need Identification

- Identify and assess training needs across departments through discussions with business leaders, performance reviews, and market requirements.
- Develop annual and quarterly training calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Plan specialized training programs for promoters, sales teams, and retail staff based on current smartphone technology and market trends.

Training Design & Delivery

- Research and implement contemporary workplace training techniques and learning methodologies.
- Design and conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Develop engaging learning content, presentations, manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Ensure all training programs meet organizational standards and business requirements.

Learning Material Development

- Create and update printed and digital instructional materials.
- Prepare internal communication materials to announce upcoming training programs, schedules, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain a repository of training resources and reference materials.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct knowledge assessments and certification tests after completion of training programs.
- Evaluate participant performance and training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business performance indicators.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation.

Training Operations





- Manage and coordinate the organization's training calendar and logistics.
- Ensure timely execution of all planned training activities.
- Monitor employee participation and completion rates.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the training team to improve training quality and delivery standards.
- Continuously review trainer performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across all locations.

Industry & Product Knowledge

- Stay updated on developments within the mobile handset industry, retail operations, competitor products, and training methodologies.
- Ensure employees receive regular updates on new smartphone technologies, product launches, and sales techniques.

Continuous Improvement

- Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative learning tools and best practices to improve employee engagement and performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to create engaging training content and learning materials.
