Overseeing the complete sales and operational activities of the studio

• Ensuring achievement of studio sales targets and allocating targets to trainers

• Supervising and managing studio staff performance, including increment

recommendations

• Maintaining regular interaction with customers and ensuring high levels of customer

satisfaction

• Addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and skilled manner

• Monitoring daily studio performance and ensuring adherence to company standards

and policies

• Preparing and submitting periodic performance and operational reports to the Zonel

Manager

• Taking complete ownership of the overall performance, discipline, and success of the

studio

• Conducting field visits to identify potential locations and market opportunities for the

studio.

• Recognizing and developing marketing opportunities for the studios current and

prospective locations.

• Creating lead generation campaigns tailored to the local market and executing

marketing events to drive awareness, trials, and conversions.

• Coordinating shoots for generating branding videos and arranging the necessary

space, equipment, and support for the shoot team.
