Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of AI Platform solutions using Snowflake, AWS, EDW, Python, SQL PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehousing projects.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards for financial reporting purposes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

- .Hands-on database development experience, with expert-level proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL development and in performance tuning technique
- Experience in scripting language like Python is preferred
- Knowledge of Snowflake AI Data Cloud Platform and AWS technologies will be preferred.
- Experience in managing Data, Analytics and Reporting requirements for Regulatory, Compliance and Finance functions
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, with specific exposure to IFRS 17
- Experience in developing BI / Enterprise Reporting solutions in General Insurance domain
- Positive understanding of General Insurance systems and processes (UW, Claims and Finance)
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams of 4–5 data developers
