Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field activities, referrals, job portals, and local networks. (Field Work)
- Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment camps.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with operations managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
- Track daily hiring numbers and maintain recruitment reports.
- Build relationships with local colleges, NGOs, training institutes, and placement agencies.
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within timelines.
- Resolve candidate queries during the recruitment process.Role & responsibilities
