- Process US residential mortgage loans from application to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize loan processing times.
- Conduct thorough reviews of borrower documents, credit reports, and other relevant materials to determine loan eligibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with borrowers throughout the loan process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in US residential mortgage lending or related field.
- Robust understanding of US mortgage regulations, laws, and industry standards (e.g., FHA, VA, USDA).
- Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing complex financial data.
