We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead to join our team and lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of React.js , Node.js , Express.js , Python , PostgreSQL or MongoDB , and expertise in implementing secure authentication protocols like JWT . You will take ownership of projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.

- Develop and maintain server-side APIs using Node.js and Express.js with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Build and optimize dynamic, user-friendly front-end components using React.js .

- Handling server-side logic, database management, and API development using Python (FastAPI Library)

- Architect, integrate, and manage databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB to ensure productive data storage and retrieval.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .

- 5-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable applications.

- Strong expertise in:

- Python for backend development.

- React.js for creating interactive, responsive front-end interfaces.

- Node.js and Express.js for server-side programming.

- Databases: PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB .

- Secure authentication mechanisms like JWT .

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes .

- Exposure to DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code.

- Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and WebSocket-based real-time applications.

- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers.
