Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end UX research activities.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using appropriate methodologies.
- Perform usability testing and analyze user behavior.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.
- Gather user insights through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and observational studies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence product decisions.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Validate design concepts and prototypes through user testing.
- Maintain research documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in User Research
- Expertise in Qualitative & Quantitative Research
- Hands-on experience with Usability Testing
- Proficiency in UX Research Tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)
- Experience in Persona Development
- Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience working in the Automotive domain
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant UX research experience.
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate research insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
Interview Process
- 2-3 virtual interview rounds (including a potential research exercise or presentation)
