Role & responsibilities

1. Manage complete store and warehouse operations for Wind Power project materials (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil).

- Handle material receiving, inspection coordination, issuing, dispatch, and documentation as per project requirement.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and segregation of materials including hazardous/flammable items.
- Maintain inventory through SAP ERP (SAP MM) and ensure accurate stock posting and tracking.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and maintain updated stock registers.
- Monitor stock movement, lead time, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and generate Stock Excess / Shortage reports.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to project management and HO team.




- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material availability to avoid project delays.
- Optimize warehouse layout planning for maximum space utilization and improved workflow efficiency.
- Manage manpower (store staff, helpers, forklift operators) and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal audits, safety rules, and statutory regulations.
- Perform material reconciliation after project completion and ensure disposal/return of surplus materials.
- Support accounts payable/receivable coordination related to store materials and vendor invoices.
