Centre Manager Centre for Sight, Gachibowli

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the eye hospital/centre.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Own the centre's P&L; (Profit & Loss) and monitor profitability.
- Lead and supervise front office, billing, optometry, nursing, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor OPD/IPD flow, surgery scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with NABH standards, company SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and doctors for smooth clinical operations.
- Analyze MIS reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Handle vendor management, inventory, and cost optimization.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff while managing performance.
