Key Responsibilities

- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC control systems.
- Design, develop, and configure SCADA and HMI applications.
- Perform I/O testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Execute in office commissioning of automation systems.
- Carry out installation, startup, testing, and system integration.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and field instrument issues.
- Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance support at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and electrical/instrumentation engineers during project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and service reports.
- Provide customer training on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during site work.
- Support modifications, upgrades,



and optimization of existing automation systems.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, or similar).
- Experience in SCADA/HMI development (WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Citect, or similar).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, and MQTT.
- Familiarity with VFDs, servo drives, instrumentation, and industrial networking.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and control panel schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for commissioning and service assignments.
