Position: Branch Manager ST LAP

Reporting To: Cluster Sales Manager - LAP

Location: Thanjavur (Local profiles Preferred)

Team Size: 3 Sales Executives

Job Description:

- Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives.
- Achieving consolidated monthly target.
- Responsible for LAP Growth
- Identifying LAP loans (Up to 30 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies.
- Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Should have handled a team in the past.
- Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Skills:

- Proficiency in Tamil
- Candidate should have prior Sales background in SMALL TICKET LAP (UPTO 30 LAKHS)
- Proven ability to meet targets.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Should open to frequent travel within territory.
