Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design development and concept refinement
- Prepare design drawings, layouts, and design documentation as required
- Develop 3D models and high-quality visualizations using SketchUp or equivalent software such as Ensacpe and necessary AI models.
- Experience on these is needed, with specific understanding (not generic)
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks
- Participate in client meetings, understand project requirements, and coordinate internally to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting options
- Visit vendor showrooms and assist with product selection
- Participate in periodic site visits for design review and coordination
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Strong design sensibility and visual thinking
- Working knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent 3D tools
- Robust understanding of interior materials, finishes, construction detailing, and modular furniture systems
- Ability to communicate design intent effectively through drawings, renders, and client presentations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach
Working Details
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
