Job Summary:
Greensturn is looking for an experienced procurement professional with expertise in procurement operations, supplier management, and supplier registration within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
- This role Requires to Travel Dubai.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors.
- Handle supplier registration and maintain vendor databases.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain all procurement documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or vendor management.
- Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is mandatory.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in supplier registration and vendor onboarding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.
