Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through walk-ins, leads, channel partners, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations.

Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and home loan teams for smooth booking and documentation.

Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.

Keep updated on project inventory, pricing, offers, and competitor activities.

Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

2-6 years of experience sales..

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
