Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Design

- Design campaign collateral for product launches, surgeon activation programmes, and field sales including mailers, brochures, leave-behinds, and infographics
- Develop visual assets across the Sironix brand ecosystem maintaining consistency in typography, colour language, and visual identity
- Create digital creatives for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), email campaigns, and internal marketing communications

Professional Education & Key Opinion Leader Engagement

- Design materials for surgeon workshops, CME events, fellowship programmes, and conference symposia including banners, podium presentations, certificates, and post-event reports
- Build visually compelling PPTX decks for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) presentations and Continuing Medical Education (CME) content

Product Marketing Support

- Create product feature sheets, IFU summaries, surgical technique brochures, and packaging mockups for orthopaedic and arthroscopy implants
- Illustrate basic procedural diagrams and anatomy visuals where required in coordination with product managers and clinical consultants




- Develop visual aids and training kits for field force product training

Operations & Compliance

- Manage a structured digital asset library ensuring version control and easy retrieval of brand-approved templates and final files
- Work within UCMPMD 2024 marketing compliance guidelines for medical device promotional materials
- Co-ordinate with external print vendors for specifications, proofing, and quality review

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
- 35 years of qualified experience in graphic design; experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital, and presentation design including regulated or scientific content
