Chinese Language Specialist (Credit And Collections)
Job Summary
As a Credit Controller you will assess and advise on creditworthiness of prospective and existing Chinese customers.
Responsibilities
- Investigating credit applications and approves applications within established guidelines for companies and individuals
- Liaising with corporate customers and other departments to resolve credit problems
- Negotiating on terms of payment on overdue accounts
- Performing routine assignments in the entry level to a qualified job
- Connecting with Clients over call and Email for regular support.
- Minimizing financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on credit worthiness of prospective and existing customers.
Requirements
- Have credit control or accounts receivable experience.
- Have relevant experience in Chinese Language (Written & Verbal)
- Experience in this role requires a result driven, focused team player, with good communication skills and able to drive.
- Able to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work.
- Have credibility and be able to negotiate with customers over the telephone whilst valuing the customer relationship
- Able to support the sales organization in debt collection matters wherever its possible.
- Experience in multi-tasking while keeping key priorities in focus.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
